At Cloudtechmr Editorial S.L. (hereinafter, "Cloudtechmr") we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE).

2. Purpose of processing
We process the personal data provided through the subscription form (name and email) for the sole purpose of sending you our informational newsletter about the Spanish real estate sector. The data is not used for advertising profiles nor is it transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the express and unambiguous consent of the user, given by ticking the corresponding box in the subscription form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
4. Retention period
The data will be kept as long as the user maintains their subscription to the newsletter and does not request to unsubscribe. Once the right of erasure has been exercised, the data will be blocked for the periods legally required before its final deletion.
5. Recipients
No transfer of data to third parties is foreseen, except for legal obligation. To provide the service, we may use technology providers located in the European Economic Area under a data processor agreement.
6. User rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to info@cloudtechmr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
Cloudtechmr applies reasonable technical and organizational measures, in line with the state of the art, to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
